The service when we were checking in was fantastic, sorry I dont know the gentleman’s name but he was very nice and friendly. The room was spotless and not too hot during the night, and so we slept really well. The curtains are blackout curtains. The is hotel kept to a very clean standard. The bed was comfortable, there are sockets at the bedside. The breakfast was one if not the best we have ever had in a hotel. It’s a table service, and the food was freshly cooked on demand and it was to perfection. It was still hot when i was receiving it. Not our first stay here but i would definitely return again, and recommend it to others. All of the staff we met, without exception were lovely and very friendly that added to our overall customer experience.

I recently stayed for 2 nights in the Limerick City Hotel. The hotel is conveniently situated on the quays at the Shannon Bridge and an approx 10 minute walk from the railway station and closeby to O'Connell Street and an approx 15 minute walk from the Arthurs Quay shopping centre. All staff - both at check-in and check-out and also in Henry's Brasserie - were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nicely finished. Breakfast in Henry's Brasserie was excellent. The hotel adjoins McGettigans bar and restaurant. The reception staff were very accommodating in allowing my holdall to be stored for a while. I would look forward to staying in the Limerick City Hotel on any return visit to Limerick.

Lovely welcome on arrival.Reception Team very friendly. Room lovely with river view spoke to a couple of housekeeping team very pleasant. Had breakfast which was nice it's table service it would be nice to have a buffet for your Juices Fresh Fruit Yogurt Cereal etc and then the hot food to order . I asked for a flat white coffee but it was given just black coffee in a pot. It wasn't a big deal but just say we don't have that available or you don't understand the order. There was a few of the Team around but not much interaction which just left the experience a bit flat.

Excellent hotel. We came over to attend a funeral. All staff we're lovely, especially the lady at breakfast. (Short hair and glasses). She made us feel very welcome. Desk staff always friendly and very informative. Also, Noel, the gentleman in the wheelchair who is staying at the hotel. Please give him a job as a tour guide. His knowledge of directions, buses and short cuts is amazing.

Jacqueline

Great position, room very big and quiet for a good sleep. The check in was fast and the staff very kind and professional. Having a bar and a restaurant inside the hotel and a multistories parking just outside was a huge plus, especially when it rains and you're late for dinner! I will definitely stay at Limerick City Hotel again the next time in Dublin!
